He works closely with studios, higher education programs, and early education initiatives to connect technologists and artists, helping to build technology and career pathways for the next generation of creative talent. Passionate about nurturing creativity and developing talent pipelines, Arvind bridges the gap between industry experts and emerging artists—ensuring students and professionals alike have access to the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to succeed.
